Top Questions

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

We work with patients to help create an environment in their body where cancer is less likely to grow. For those who are in treatment we work with the oncologist team and focus on nutrition and lifestyle modification to strengthen the immune system, enhance detoxification and support the patient through their treatment. Post treatment, we work to decrease the risk of recurrence.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Please bring any recent medical provider lab results from the last 6 months and a list of any specialists you may have seen for evaluation. A list of any medications you may be taking and treatment regimens/ therapies, genetic testing results,  or functional medicine test results in the last 12 months.

What should I expect from my first session?

During a 90-minute Initial Assessment, we engage in a conversation to find out more about you, your health, and family history to build your in-depth health profile.  We also go over your medical history, your goals with your health, your present ailments, prior lab testing, and nutrition. Together, we create a treatment plan, this will include a lifestyle plan, nutritional changes and how to achieve them, and Traditional medicines and nutritional supplementation. We want to set you up for success and establish a relationship for ongoing support and all planning is adjusted to be achievable within your budget and time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment schedule.
For all Initial Consultations cancelled within 1 week of the appointment date, there will be a NIL cancellation fee due (If booked online the prepaid fee can be used to reschedule or refunded to your account within 5 days).
For all Appointments there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with fewer than 24 BUSINESS hours, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, and remaining will be refunded to your account of choice.
We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
